Sofia Vrontou is a tax lawyer, based in Athens, Greece. She is a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2010 and is admitted to the Court of Appeal. She holds a law bachelor degree from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, an LL.M from the University of Tübingen, Germany and a PhD from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

Her practice includes all fields of taxation and she provides legal and tax advice to domestic and foreign clients before the administrative authorities and courts.

Sofia is also a postdoctoral researcher at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, and gives lectures in Tax Law and International and European Tax Law in the LL.M Course in Tax Law at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She has cooperated with the Institute of Tax Law at the University of Tübingen, Germany. She has participated in collective scientific projects and has authored several publications in tax and administrative law in scientific journals.
